To ensure that a car will arrive on time, we advise our customers to reserve a car in advance at no additional cost. Yet we can also quickly provide you with an automobile. You can then give us a call or, if available, make a reservation online. We will send you an email confirmation following your reservation. This indicates that your reservation is in our system, and you will receive your rental car on schedule.
For phoning us six hours before the pickup time, there are no additional fees. You are responsible for paying the full cost and compensation charges if the cancellation is made less than six hours before the scheduled pickup time or after that time. Each reservation needs to be canceled separately. If you need to amend or cancel your reservation between the hours of 12:00 am and 6:00 am, you must contact before 11:00 pm or the night before the scheduled pickup time in order to avoid fees. While offering a 24-hour service, Ride Along Detroit's office hours are from 4:00am to 11:00pm. We assign reservations for the following morning by 11:00 p.m.
You will be greeted by our driver at the baggage claim upon arrival. He or she will be holding a passenger name sign. Every of the Ride Along Detroit service's drivers are equipped with flight tracking software. They will follow your flight using this software if it is delayed or comes early based on the data you gave.
For corporate clients with corporate accounts, all invoice charges will be assumed to be correct and payable immediately unless we receive any objections within ten days of the invoice date. The copies of the challenged vouchers must be mailed or faxed to us together with a list of the items or charges that are in question. However, if a dispute is started after the stipulated time has passed, it will be viewed as final and non-refundable.

Until we receive any objection within fifteen days of the written charge date, all charges made to customers' credit cards, whether they are individuals with individual accounts or individuals with personal profiles, will be assumed to be accurate. The copies of credit card statements or slips must be mailed or faxed to us together with stating the claims or items in question.
Just the card's sanction is accepted by the Ride Along Detroit service in order to confirm the availability of funds. It will only appear as Pending Funds on your credit card account's online statement. The sanctioned amount may exceed the anticipated charges if you make unplanned additional stops or if you alter your intended destination. We will charge your card once your trip is over, and you will receive all receipts through email.
You will be responsible for paying the damage charge to cover the expense of cleaning or repairing the automobile if you or your group injures the vehicle or becomes ill while using it. Also, you must accept and commit to paying all fees and charges necessary to restore the car to its original, functional status.
In order to avoid being charged for a no-show, call us before you leave the luggage area. Don't leave even though you might not be able to locate your driver there. Contact the main office, and we'll give you instructions and connect you with your driver. You will be charged the full cost of the ride plus any waiting time fees if you don't call us before leaving the area.
You agree to cover all costs associated with counseling, litigation, accounting, costs, and payments for all activities performed before, during, and after the start of legal procedures for pursuing unpaid debts.
According to the contract, corporate clients with corporate accounts are required to complete all payments within 15 days after the invoice date. If the payments are not made within the allotted time, interest charges of 1.5% per month or 18% annually will be imposed.
After finishing the ride, the individual account holders or personal profiles must complete all payments. And after the ride is over, the people using the credit card will have their account charged.
If passengers act badly around the appointed drivers, the drivers have the right to suspend or end the journey. You would then be responsible for paying the full cost of the service.
These prices are those that are determined by zones and mileage. Corporate accounts that meet the consumption minimums are eligible for special volume discounts. For discounted prices, contact the main office.
Car packages are billed hourly. There are several limitations on zone and hourly minimums.
Only airport pickups are allowed after the reported arrival time of the flight, and there is a grace period of 30 minutes for domestic flights and 40 minutes for international flights.
There is a grace time of 15 minutes for any other pickups. After the grace period, there will be a waiting time fee in 15 minute increments.
We check all domestic and international flights before dispatching our driver. After the grace period, charging will start right away at the scheduled arrival time.
Each stop's cost varies depending on its location and distance. Please call us to request pricing. For chivalrous stops like getting a coffee, a newspaper, or mailing a letter, there will be no additional fees. Nonetheless, you will be required to pay stop charges if your stops are prolonged or numerous. If you choose any additional passengers, you will also be charged a stop fee.
Clients are charged round-trip fees based on the route they take. Toll company will be responsible for paying all round-trip tolls to and from the location. Toll company only collects tolls, and there is no fee for them.
Customers who rent stretch limos, vans, or SUVs can take advantage of our Meet & Greet Airport service. Your credit card or account will be charged for the waiting and parking fees. Our driver will meet passengers at the baggage claim or exit of the building and hold a placard bearing the passenger's last name. The driver will then direct the passenger to the specified place. For domestic flights, this plan includes 30 free minutes, and for international trips, it includes 40 free minutes from the time of arrival.
The airport adds $10.00 to all regulatory and parking costs. We don't charge any of these costs; they go to the airport parking lot.
For appropriate single payments, a 20% driver gratuity is appreciated and not included in any rates.
For travel on the following days, there may be a surcharge for severe weather and holidays:

Although all deposits are non-refundable, you must cancel your reservation within the allotted time frame.
